REFUND POLICY

You can refund the product with the receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product. Shipping costs will not be charged from you, if you send the product by our contracted Cargo Company. If you would like to send the product by another cargo company, then shipping costs will be charged from you.

 All detailed information about “Right of withdrawal and refunds of products” is available on Distance Sales Contract (www.blacknobleofficial.com/en/distance-sales-contract). If you do not remain loyal to articles particually about Distance Sales Contract, your returns will be rejected. The product that was purchased should be used properly according to its product specifications and using instructions and should be returned to us in full and undamaged conditions with its certificate (if available) and label.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items if they are proper for the Refund Policy. This process lasts for 7 workdays unless otherwise stipulated. When your refund confirmed, it will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase (by credit card or wire transfer if paid at the door). If you paid in installments, the money will be refunded in that manner according to terms and conditions of your bank.

Once we received your request for refund after 14 days, we will evaluate it and inform you of our decision.
