1. Can I cancel my order at blacknoble.com?
If your order has not been delivered to the shipment, you can send your request by e-mail ([email protected]). After your order cancellation request has been approved, you will get a credit card refund if you paid by credit card. Refunds vary depending on the processing system of your bank. 1. Can I return the products I purchased from blacknoble.com?
a. Our essential principle is to make you happy after shopping at blacknoble.com. If you want to return your product, we will be happy to help you as quickly as possible under the following conditions.
i. The products that their invoice date is not more than 30 days, product protection tape has not been opened, being resalable, the labels have not been used and ripped off can be returned to the address below ,with all the accessories, by filling out the form. Refunds that do not comply with the terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be arranged for you to pay upon delivery. For this reason, we recommend that you try your products as soon as possible without doing any damage while receiving them and for nonconforming products send a refund as specified above.
ii. You can send with DHL Cargo.
b. You will be notified by email when we get your returned cargo. You will be notified by email when your refund is completed by blacknoble.com. After this stage, wait times for a refund will vary depending on your bank processes.
