Estimated time of arrival is predicted within 1 up to 4 business days for Istanbul deliveries that are sent by cargo and 3 to 5 business days for other countries. Our distribution network is limited to DHL Cargo company. Currently orders are delivered by DHL Cargo to anywhere in Worldwide with micro-export.

 

6. What should I do if my order cannot be delivered to me by DHL Cargo?

 

Estimated time of your order will be within 3-5 working days for other Countries to your chosen address. If you cannot be found at delivery address on the day of arrival, the cargo company will leave an advice note to your door and your order will be delivered to the distribution office of the cargo company.

 

7. What should I pay attention to during delivery?

 

When the cargo is delivered to you, if there is any crush, deformation, wetness or damage on the package, open the box and check the condition of your products together with the deliveryman. Return & Exchange

 

1. Can I return the products I purchased from blacknoble.com?

 

a. Our essential principle is to make you happy after shopping at blacknoble.com. If you want to return your product, we will be happy to help you as quickly as possible under the following conditions.

The products that their invoice date is not more than 30 days, product protection tape has not been opened, being resalable, the labels have not been used and ripped off can be returned to the address below ,with all the accessories, by filling out the form. Refunds that do not comply with the terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be arranged for you to pay upon delivery. For this reason, we recommend that you try your products as soon as possible without doing any damage while receiving them and for nonconforming products send a refund as specified above.

 

ii. You can send with DHL Cargo.
